How do I order a bike on finance?

Just fill your basket with at least £250 of items and checkout as normal. During checkout you’ll be given the option to apply for one of our finance deals. For more finance information, click here.

How do I order a bike on the Cycle to Work scheme?

Email info@tredz.co.uk with a list of what you want. We’ll send you a quote within 48 hours to pass onto your employer. They will then issue a voucher that you send to us and we’ll fulfil your order. For more Cycle to Work information, click here.

What is your returns policy?

You can return items in their original packaging and unused condition within 365 days for a refund or exchange. You will have to pay the postage cost of getting them back to Tredz. For more returns information, click here.

How do I return an item?

You can return it using your chosen postage method with a completed returns form, the Collect Plus service, or, for bikes, we can help arrange a courier. For more returns information, click here.

I need help setting up my new bike.

Bikes are all delivered assembled and instructions for setting up your bike will be included in the box. You can find a video to show you how to set your handlebars and put your pedals on here.
