Covid-19 Update

Update: 21st January 2021 - Orders can still be placed online and our home delivery service is still operating.

Due to the additional Covid restrictions in place, we are experiencing some delays within our warehouse and as a result, it may take us longer than usual to despatch your order. Our Bike Build team are up and running as normal and we are taking active measures to ensure that we are following the government guidance with social distancing and additional health & safety measures have been put in place throughout the business. Please rest assured your order is being processed and will be with you soon; we’re doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Please note on the TNT tracking app it may show your delivery status as ‘Collecting’ (as per image below). This means your delivery has left our warehouse and is currently held at TNT main depot and there could be up to a 48 hour delay.

Our Stores:
Both our Cardiff and Swansea stores have now reopened. Due to Welsh Government Guidance, for those over the age of 11, face coverings must now be worn within ours stores.

Please keep 2 metres distance from other customers

In line with government advice we will be following social distancing guidelines. As part of these guidelines we will limit the number of customers allowed in the store at any one time to keep you and our team safe. We will also be suspending some of our non-essential workshop services.

Products on our website: During this turbulent time, we are concentrating on meeting our customer expectations as best we can and offer the quality of service you have come to expect by shopping with Tredz. In order to meet these expectations, we have had to temporarily remove certain products from our site, however, new stock is arriving on a daily basis, so please check back regularly to view our most up to date catalogue.

This is an ever changing situation and we will update this page whenever we make changes in response to the latest government advice.

Standard Service

Standard service

For our standard service, we dispatch our goods with Royal Mail. This is free for all orders over £20 and costs £2.95 for any orders under £20.

Please note: Once your items have been dispatched from our warehouse, standard delivery may take up to 10 working days, although your items will usually arrive before this.

We offer a courier delivery on any items over 2kg or items larger than 30cm x 50cm x 15cm.

If you place an order over the above weight or dimensions, you can expect to receive your parcel via DX or TNT. If you have already placed an order with us, you can track your delivery below:

Courier deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands will incur a charge for any courier delivery such as bulky items & bikes. For these areas the cost will be £20 for bulky items and £25 for bikes and tag-a-longs.

Item sizes:

  • Small items - items under 2kg weight and/or 30cm x 50cm x 15cm  in size 
  • Bulky items - items (not including bikes) over 2kg weight and/or 30cm x 50cm x 15cm  in size 
  • Large items - bikes and tag-a-longs
