TEST RIDES
Here at Tredz, we have a range of demo bikes for you to test ride so that you can make sure you're making the right purchase.
To test ride a demo bike that is available in the store you are visiting, we will charge a refundable deposit of £101.00 against your chip and pin card. There will be a test ride disclaimer form to fill in before you head out and we will ask for valid ID such as a Passport or Drivers licence and may require additional checks before you can ride the bike. This test ride is to get a feel for the bike and ensure that you're happy with it before you consider your next purchase.
In order to test ride one of our demo bikes you must bring your own helmet.

The loan period for all demo bikes is one working day where the bike is collected once the store is open and must be returned 1-2 hours before the shop closing time and the customer must wait whilst the inspection is complete.

SUBJECT TERMS OF LOAN AGREEMENT
1. Loaned Property & Purpose of Loan
The bikes are loaned to Recipient for the purpose of test riding the bike. Nothing in this disclaimer shall limit or exclude Tredz (Performance Cycling Limited) liability in any way that is not permitted by law.
2. Responsibilities of Recipient
Recipient agrees to the following responsibilities:
- Maintain the bikes in good condition, and cover any costs associated with repairs or damages resulting from negligence or misuse.
- I agree to take responsibility for my health and well-being whilst riding. I acknowledge and represent that to the best of my knowledge, I do not suffer from any medical or physical condition or disability that will or might increase the normal risks associated with undertaking physical exercise and I know how to ride a bike.
- I accept that (i) I will be liable for any death or personal injury to third parties, damage to property or any other claims, losses, costs (including, without limit, all legal costs) or demands arising out of my participation in the activities related to the bike lend; (ii) I will be liable to pay for any and all damage caused to the bike as a result of the bike lend; and (iii) under no circumstances will Tredz be liable for any actual or alleged direct or indirect loss suffered by myself arising out of the bike lend.
3. Duration of Loan
The loan period begins and ends on the date agreed between the Tredz store member and the recipient.
4. Return of Bikes
At the end of the loan period, Recipient agrees to return the bikes to Tredz in the same
condition as they were received, normal wear and tear excepted. Recipient will cover
any costs associated with cleaning, repairs, or damages beyond normal wear and tear.
5. Ownership and Title
Title to the bikes remains with Tredz at all times. Recipient acknowledges that they
have no ownership interest in the bikes and agrees not to sell, transfer, or encumber
the bikes in any way.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice to the other party. Upon
termination, Recipient agrees to return the bikes to Tredz within 14 days of receiving

7. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the
subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and
understandings, whether written or oral.
