Covid-19 Update

Update: 13th July 2020 - Orders can still be placed online and our home delivery service is still operating.


Due to the current circumstances we are experiencing high demand so we may take longer than usual to despatch your order. Our Warehouse and Bike Build team are up and running as normal and we are taking active measures to ensure that we are following the government guidance with social distancing and additional health & safety measures have been put in place throughout the business. Royal Mail update: Royal Mail remain open for business but are advising that there maybe potential delays in certain areas. Royal Mail are seeing very high demand but are working hard to collect, process and deliver as much mail and parcels as possible. Coupled with increased coronavirus related absence and social distancing measures there could be a disruption to services in some parts of the country. Courier Delivery update: Due to the COVID19 situation, we are currently experiencing some delays with deliveries. Our couriers are working around the clock to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please check your tracking on track your order here.

If your order is being shipped via TNT, due to efforts to maintain social distancing in their main depot we have been advised that there is a potential delay of up to 48 hours. Please download the TNT Track and Trace App for iOS here and Android here so you can keep an eye on your delivery and any further updates.

Please note on the TNT tracking app it may show your delivery status as ‘Collecting’ (as per image below) please note this means your delivery has left our warehouse and is currently held at TNT main depot and there could be up to a 48 hour delay.

Both our Cardiff and Swansea stores have now reopened.

In line with government advice we will be following social distancing guidelines. As part of these guidelines we will limit the number of customers allowed in the store at any one time to keep you and our team safe. We will also be suspending some of our non-essential workshop services.


Products on our website: During this turbulent time, we are concentrating on meeting our customer expectations as best we can and offer the quality of service you have come to expect by shopping with Tredz. In order to meet these expectations, we have had to temporarily remove certain products from our site, however, new stock is arriving on a daily basis, so please check back regularly to view our most up to date catalogue.
