Following the Prime Ministers announcement on 23rd March, all Tredz physical stores will be closed temporarily. We are looking closely at the Government advice on essential retailers and are working out how to continue to provide essential cycling products and services in the safest way for colleagues, customers and the wider community. Orders can still be placed online and our home delivery service is still operating.
During this time we will no longer be able to accept Brompton or Click & Collect orders, if you have an outstanding Click & Collect order we will contact you to arrange a home delivery.

Update 30/03/2020: Due to the current circumstances we are experiencing high demand so we may take a little longer than usual to despatch your order. Our Warehouse and Bike Build team are up and running as normal and we are taking active measures to ensure that we are following the government guidance with social distancing and additional health & safety measures have been put in place throughout the business.
