The Tormentum is built to withstand the most punishing trainer workouts and warmup sessions with a specially formulated low rolling resistance 75a rubber compound harder than a standard tire to resist the heat build-up and excessive wear that a stationary trainer can produce.

Indoor trainers can prematurely wear out tires as they help to prepare for outdoor sessions as the same tire track goes around and around, generating heat and creating an aggravating flat spot. The Tormentum is designed with a harder rubber suited to staving off the wear of the trainer or rollers, and as a dedicated indoor tire substitutes extra rubber in place of a flat protective layer for even more hours on the trainer.

Clincher tires include Tubus innertube and 40mm valve extender.
