It takes seconds to get attach the sensors, then you can get riding. The sensors self-calibrate so there is minimal fuss setting up. There are no magnets or other exposed parts that can get damaged.
You can use the speed and cadence data to spot weaknesses in your fitness or training programme. This data is invaluable to any cyclist gearing up for a season of racing.
The cadence sensor fastens to any size crank arm and tracks pedaling strokes per minute, so you can train for your optimal performanced.
The speed sensor attaches to the hub of either wheel and self-calibrates with your Garmin Edge to give you accurate speed and distance at all times, even when indoors on the turbo trainer, or in areas where GPS signal is interrupted.
