Cannot praise the Tredz customer service team more! had to change a few things as realised i had ordered the wrong size or was out of stock - the team was super quick and helpful at resolving this. When the bike arrived, i had noticed a handful of unexpected upgrades. Mavic Allroad Rims, Schwalbe G One Tyres, GRX 600 braking system (instead of the listed Tektro). Other than the gearing needing indexing, the bike has been prepared well and could be happier.
