    Comfortable and warm but breathable

Great all round light jacket. Used in very windy rural conditions and urban . Great warmth but didn't' overheat. Light shower was no problem.

    Excellent jacket

What a great jacket, I've had a few similar jackets in the past and struggled to find one to fit. Search over the fit is great, nice and fitted but still able to move freely.. Only slight issue I couldn't call it blue its more purple.

    good value

all the other reviews are spot on. this is a perfect jacket for the weekend rider on a budget. i suspect that breathability is where this would be let down compared to more expensive jackets. At £50 its a 4 star jacket but at £20 it has to be a five star jacket just on value for money

Great Jacket and at this price it gets 5 out of 5 stars. I have the current version and you can see the upgrades (couple of zipped pockets, inside holes to route headphone cables etc) but these don't take away from the quality fabric and cut of this jacket. The sizes are not consistent so this jacket is a little bigger than my other large but still a good fit for 42 inch chest 6ft tall. I have used with a thin base layer under it several times and the windproof sections have sweat build up on the base layer but the breathable panels are dry so it does its job of blocking wind well and adds some thermal comfort but if you are after a better breathable jacket hand over more cash. For the length of rides I am up to (max 2.5hrs) this is perfect for early spring morning rides

    Brilliant value for money

I simply cannot fault this jacket, it is superb, ok not a high-profuile, super slick Goretex glamour product but there again, it doesn't sell for £200! It's lightweight but substantial, well put together and the waterproof front and sleeves seem to work well enough. Excellent.

    Excellent

Great jacket - I have worn this and just a thin base layer in 1 degree C weather and was actually slightly too warm in it. Think this combined with a midlayer jersey will be all i need to last me through the deep winter. Very windproof - wore this and then tried just a jersey and the difference is very noticeable. Fairly water resistant though i haven't worn it in heavy rain, i would imagine you would need a backup raincoat in a bag or pocket for heavy rain.

    Top jacket good quality

Bought a red one way back and was so impressed I bought a blue one too. Worn on the coldest winter days with suitable base-layers and managed to stay warm and mostly dry. Very basic design with elasticated cuffs but does everything you'd expect a coat 3 times more expensive to do.

I got the large jacket and the fit is excellent. Only used a couple of times so far but in temperatures around 4'C and the jacket has proved to be as good as the claims with good wind protection and better than expected breathability. Kept me warm and dry, so does the job at an excellent sale price. Not yet tried it in the rain but it wasn't bought as a waterproof, so not too bothered about that aspect.
