Cannondale Habit LT 2 Mountain Bike 2026 - Trail Full Suspension MTB
Price: £3,160.00 RRP: £3,500.00
The Cannondale Habit LT 2 is built for riders who want a trail bike that feels lively on climbs but truly comes alive when the trail points downhill. Its SmartForm C1 aluminium frame combines durability and responsive handling with Cannondale’s Proportional Response suspension design, tailoring the suspension layout and geometry to each frame size for balanced performance across the range. With 140mm of rear travel paired to a 150mm RockShox Lyrik Select fork, the Habit LT 2 delivers impressive control and composure on rough, technical trails without losing its ability to pedal efficiently back to the top.
Key Features:
- SmartForm C1 alloy frame with 140mm travel and Proportional Response geometry
- RockShox Lyrik Select fork with 150mm DebonAir suspension travel
- RockShox Super Deluxe Select+ shock with 140mm rear travel
- Shimano SLX/XT 12-speed drivetrain with wide-range 10-51 cassette
- Shimano SLX 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes with 203/180mm rotors
- 29” tubeless-ready wheels with Maxxis Minion DHF and Dissector tyres
- Cannondale DownLow internally routed dropper post included
- Available with 0% APR finance
The RockShox suspension package uses DebonAir spring technology to provide a smooth and supportive feel over roots, rocks and repeated impacts, while the Super Deluxe Select+ rear shock offers adjustable rebound and a two-position mode adjust for added versatility on varied terrain. Progressive trail geometry gives the bike stability and confidence at speed while maintaining responsive handling through tighter corners and technical trail features.
A Shimano SLX and XT 12-speed drivetrain delivers crisp shifting and a wide gear range for steep climbs and fast trail sections alike. Powerful Shimano SLX 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes provide consistent stopping power and control on demanding descents, paired with large rotors to improve heat management on longer runs.
The tubeless-ready WTB wheels are fitted with aggressive Maxxis Minion DHF and Dissector tyres, offering dependable grip and predictable cornering across mixed trail conditions. Finishing details like the internally routed Cannondale DownLow dropper post, threaded bottom bracket and integrated cable routing help keep the bike practical, tidy and easy to maintain.
Whether you are riding technical trail centres, natural singletrack or long mountain descents, the Habit LT 2 is designed to keep the ride fast, controlled and fun.
