Product Description

The Cube Stereo 160 Super HPC Race is a solid full sus enduro / long travel trail bike that’s capable enough to take on almost any trail you throw its way. It climbs like a marathon bike and descends like a freeride bike.

You can buy the Stereo 160 Super HPC Race through a 0% interest Tredz Finance package.

At the heart of the of 160 Super HPC Race is a high quality carbon composite frame. The frame is full carbon including rear triangle, you don’t get this on every carbon full susser so it’s great to see here.

Advanced Twin Mold construction ensures the layup of the carbon fibres is perfect during the curing process. This is the same frame that’s used by the Cube Action Team, which has podiumed on the EWS, so you know it’s cutting edge technology.

Geometry is dialled with a slack 66.5 degree head angle, low bottom bracket height and long wheelbase for stability at speed, and performance in the corners. The tapered steerer tube helps steering precision through lateral rigidity.

An X12 bolt through rear axle stiffens up the rear end, and allows for quick and easy wheel changes. You also get internal cable routing for gearing and dropper post cables.

Upfront is the highly regarded RockShox Pike RC fork delivering 160mm plush travel. The Pike is simply one of the best handling trail forks on the market right now. This is matched with the Fox Float rear shock with Climb/Trail/Descend compression damping.  Fox custom tune the shock specifically for the bike.

The big talking point has to be the 4 bar suspension system which remains active under braking. Chain tension isn’t affected by the system so remains active while you’re pedalling. There is no pedal kickback or pedal induced bob. Sealed cartridge bearings on all pivot points keep everything nice and smooth.

Clad to the 160 Super HPC Race is a SRAM X0 drivetrain with ultra slick and precise shifting. SRAM’s Guide hydraulic disc brakes with powerful 180mm rotors have excellent modulation for confident use.

The DT Swiss wheelset comes with straight pull spokes for added strength and durability. Race Face cranks, stem and bar add the finishing touches to a super high quality carbon full susser for its price point.

Also you get the brilliant RockShox Reverb Stealth dropper post - you can’t get better.
