Just purchased the Cube Travel 2023 and I must say that I am impressed. It's quite a lot larger than my previous bike , a Ridgeback Sport 2022. The tyres feel enormous and friends have asked if it was an electric bike, so be prepared for the size. Runs very smooth and deals with hills with ease as you push through the gears. Good stopping power from disc brakes (first time user) although they did squeak first couple of times out. Used the front dynamo light which I think is okay for street use but you would need separate front light for use on canal tow paths and unlit areas. I have as yet not tried it out on a longer run but will update as soon as I have. I fitted a bell but the only space was towards the right middle of handle bars so had to take hand off grips to use it but manage to buy a thinner strapped bell and fitted it between grip and shifter. I does feel a little imposing for just commuting but as a plan for some touring it fits the bill. The kick stand is a bit big but I'm sure it will have it's uses in the future. Overall happy with purchase. Excellent service from Tredz who gave me additional advice on replacement disc brakes. I must say that the service of DHL Parcels UK was deplorable!!!
