Discreet yet functional

Bought two, one for myself initially, then one for my son once I knew it was good for my purpose. I wanted a mirror that was not bulky, was aerodynamic and fairly discreet. It's not the best mirror in the world for clarity, but all I want it for is to glance down and check if anything is coming before I look over my shoulder to pull out or turn right. Also to check where my son is, as he rides behind me. We use flashing lights even in broad daylight, so as long as I can see a flashing light behind me, I know he's safe. I found that it would loose its position if I went over very rough road or big bumps. I cured this by putting a slither of rubber behind the ball joint, so as to stiffen up the whole movement of the mirror.

Roadie Mirror

This is the second mirror I have purchased and I can't fault it. The fitting is easy and it's easy to adjust while riding. It holds its position over rough roads. A useful aid to safe riding

don't bother!

Bought this as it looked like a nice compact mirror. The plastic bracket wasn't too bad but the mirror is totally useless, can't see a thing in it, especially whilst cycling. I would of returned it as its not fit for purpose, but like a fool I binned the packaging before testing. Priced at £16.99 I expected a lot better, even priced at £5 would be too much for this junk.
