Great product, bit pricey
by Kris S on 07/09/2017

These adapter cups worked much better than I was expecting them to. They clicked into place nicely - they don't fall out when pushing the axle through - on my SB66c allowing me to use my Race Face Carbon cranks which were of the narrower diameter axle. The lip gives a bit of extra bearing protection on your BB, and does not increase the overall width noticeably, Everything seems to turn well, and there doesn't appear to be any loss in performance in using these. I can see a fair bit of R&D has gone into making this simple product work well; with that taken into consideration, I do think the price is still a bit steep. You do pay for what you get though, and I imagine the cheaper versions will not be quite as simple to install
