“ Tredz service was impeccable. Bike was delivered on the date as promised. However, if you are having the bike delivered to your home, the box is massive, won't get thro your door. . . be warned! I love the colour of the bike. SRAM axs works very smoothly as long as you remember to keep battery charged. I have one real bug with the bike. When the battery is engaged with the motor, there is a loud grinding noise. I am assured this is normal. I am hoping the noise decreases with riding. I have only had two rides so far so cannot make a judgement. The motor does disengage when you exceed 15mph and is very quiet.
