The Explore E+ 3 Double Diamond is designed to make more of every ride, whether that’s the daily commute or a longer loop linking roads, gravel tracks and towpaths. The Gen 4 ALUXX aluminium frame houses the 625Wh EnergyPak Smart battery neatly inside the downtube, keeping weight central and the overall look clean. An Overdrive 1.8"–1.5" head tube adds front-end stiffness for precise steering, and there’s an integrated KSA40 kickstand mount for practicality.
At its heart is Giant’s SyncDrive Sport2 motor, delivering up to 75Nm of torque. PedalPlus 6-sensor technology monitors your input and adjusts support smoothly, so assistance feels natural rather than abrupt. Paired with the long-lasting 625Wh battery, it’s well suited to regular use and longer days out. The system is also compatible with the EnergyPak Plus range extender for added distance if needed.
Shimano Deore LinkGlide 1x10 gearing (11–43T cassette with 42T chainring) is built with durability in mind, especially under the higher loads of e-bike riding. Shifts are consistent and designed to reduce wear over time, making it a solid choice for high-mileage riders.
Up front, the SR Suntour XCR34 2CR coil fork provides 100mm of travel to take the sting out of rougher roads and uneven tracks. Wide 700x57c Crosscut Gravel 2 tyres offer stability and grip across mixed surfaces, with reflective side strips to increase visibility. Tubeless ready Giant eX25 rims give you the option to upgrade for improved puncture resistance and comfort.
Tektro HD-M280 hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm rotors provide dependable stopping power in wet or dry conditions. The one-piece rear carrier integrates lighting and is radar-ready, adding an extra layer of awareness in traffic. The RideDash EVO 2.0 full colour display offers clear ride data and on-board navigation, keeping everything easy to read at a glance.
