Giant Surelock Protector 1 U Lock

Giant's Surelock Protector 1 U-lock is a must have essential for any cyclist.  U-locks provide excellent security against theft from the four sided protection they give.  The Protector 1 is Gold Sold Secure, which is the highest rating that a bike lock can receive.  It will be accepted by most cycle insurers.

The 14mm hardened steel bar is an excellent deterrent as a would-be thief will be specific tools and time to break through.  The frame provides cutting and sawing resistance, while the zinc caps on the base are designed for protection against hammering style attacks.
