Product Description

The Halo Supa Drive Freeride Rear Hub is a 120 teeth triple wedge pawl mechanism provides positive and secure drive, a freewheel sound like no other, and micro-notch engagement gaps for that perfect pedal pick-up.

The Supadrive rear hub has been on tested with our 4X team racer for a whole season... and it's still going strong, despite it's featherweight 310g mass.

What are the choices?

Mountain bikers choose their wheels in 26in, 27.5in or 29in size, depending on what their frame is built for. Road bike wheels are 700c. Beyond this, there’s a dizzying array of rim material and depth, spoke type and hubs galore – enough to make your head spin faster than your wheels.

What should I buy with them?

A wheel upgrade always deserves a lovely new set of tyres. These too have a massive impact on how your bike rides.

Anything else?

There are several approaches to buying wheels – you can buy a full wheelset, for perfect pairing, or you can take a modular approach, picking hubs and rims before having a new set built to your specification.
