Requested as combined Christmas present from the family based on YouTube reviews (especially one from Australia), my long experience of Lezyne tools and lights, and seeing and talking with riders who had older rival versions who strongly recommended a radar rear light. I've been using the pairing on my commuter bike in SE London paired with my old smartphone. Age 70, with nearly 50 years experience riding in London, I'd begun to lose confidence, despite still being able to look backwards while riding one-handed and signalling to turn right (in UK). My hearing isn't what it was and cars are quieter than ever and part of my shortest route to & from work is on a dual carriageway to the O2. Like others on the web, I had no idea how instantly it would work and make me feel confident. Looking back to my old Wonder Lights from 1970s, bike lights like these are a godsend! Worth every penny. . . So, what's the downside? The rubber straps do not exude confidence. It's fiddly getting the front light strap into the space below the light and over the hook. The rear light only fits on the seat post and the strap is floppier than I'd like so I fear hearing the sound of a light crashing to the road and being crushed by a following car. Lezyne, or some clever 3D printer, please make a better mounting, specifically for the rear light. Apart from the mounting, I think it is the best of the radar lights and pairing with the front light really does work usefully. I'd like to mount the rear light on the back of my Topeak rack so I can use the rack top bag as well as my side panniers. I also got an additional fitting to mount the front light under my QuadLock phone mount plus a fitting to mount it to the stem bolts for the handlebar - but I haven't worked out how best to fit all that on the commuter bike. I want to use the lights on the commuter bike, the race bikes and the folding bike. At the moment, I'm just using the rubber straps for using them on the commuter bike
