The Mondraker Sly RR is a lightweight, mid-powered eMTB that blends trail bike capability with clever electric assistance. Based on Mondraker’s class-leading geometry and suspension platform, the Sly RR is built around a beautifully engineered Stealth Alloy Evo frame that delivers the performance of a top-end e-bike with a more accessible aluminium construction.
Despite the clean, sleek design, this is a seriously capable full-suspension eMTB. With 150mm of rear travel and a Fox 36 Float Performance fork offering 160mm up front, the Sly RR is ready for fast trail descents and steep, techy climbs. The Updated Zero Suspension System offers excellent small bump sensitivity and pedal efficiency, while Forward Geometry enhances stability and cornering confidence.
Driving the bike is the latest Bosch Performance Line SX motor, delivering 55Nm of torque and 600W peak power, tuned to provide natural-feeling assistance in a compact and lightweight package. The 400Wh integrated battery is ideal for lighter eMTBs, keeping overall bike weight down to under 21kg, with the option to add a Bosch range extender if needed.
The drivetrain is top-spec too, with SRAM’s GX Eagle AXS T-Type wireless shifting, offering precise, cable-free operation and a huge 10-52T gear range. Braking power comes from SRAM Code Bronze Stealth 4-piston brakes, with 200mm rotors front and rear for controlled stopping on fast, demanding terrain.
The 29” Mavic E-CrossTrail SL wheels are tubeless-ready and matched with Maxxis Minion DHF/DHR II EXO+ 2.5” tyres, delivering trail-ready grip and durability. Mondraker’s in-house ONOFF S6 components elevate the build even further, including a carbon handlebar and the Pija dropper post, with up to 210mm of travel depending on frame size.
