Low calorie electrolyte tablet to hydrate and maintain hydration status before, during or after exercise.
OTE Sports Hydro should be used when hydration without the need for extra calories (energy) is the most important factor. Each tablet is naturally flavoured, light, refreshing and contains the important electrolytes sodium, potassium and magnesium.
With only 8 kcal per tablet, OTE Sports Hydro has been developed for use with most sports or physical activity where maintaining hydration status is important to maintaining performance. Ideal for use during low intensity exercise, when you are exercising in hot or humid conditions, or working out indoors. OTE Sports Hydro can also be used pre-exercise to ensure you are hydrated before your workout, especially leading into long, hard endurance events.
It is important to remember that if you are exercising for 60 minutes or more, as well as remaining hydrated it is recommended to supplement 40-90g of carbohydrate per hour of exercise to maintain blood glucose levels. This will help you to maintain, enjoy or improve the quality of your exercise.
