Park Tool TS2.2P Pro Wheel Truing stand

Initial impressions of this item have been good. It is strong, robust and intuative to use. It adjusts easily to take a wide variety of wheels from road or mountain bikes. I have it mounted on a sturdy workbench at just the right height for comfortable use. Adjustment controls for the width and diameter of the rims are a bit tight still. Hopefully, they will ease off with more use and become a bit smoother in operation. At the moment, I have to back off the adjustment knobs a few turns then tighten them again to get a good contact point with the rotating rim. The calibration arm and calipers can be wound back towards the uprights when not in use, facilitating neat storage and covering with the plastic bag supplied with the product. Online instructions are excellent and detail how to maintain the unit, listing spares and accessories available. Future additions will probably be a pair of dial gauges for more accurate work.
