“ Ordering was simple, delivery was fast and had updates, tracking links etc. The bike had been built and checked so it was just a case of easily putting the pedals on and straightening the handle bars, for which video links and written instructions are provided it required. The bike itself is great. Well made and built, the gears are easy to reach and use, it has handy rear rack elastics and on the flat in manual mode a few pedals and you glide for ages. I’ve only used the electric aspect on steep hills and even on the lowest setting it propelled me up them with no problems. The safely feature of the battery pausing power when you brake or stop pedalling works well and it’s a comfortable bike to ride. On a recent pit stop in a park numerous people stopped to admire it and a friend is already looking to buy one. I’d recommend both the bike and the company’.
