Raleigh Felix Step-through 2020 - Electric Hybrid Bike

The Raleigh Felix is the ‘do-it-all’ electric hybrid bike, capable of tackling commutes with ease or providing a comfortable option for leisurely weekend rides.  The Felix is a fully equipped bike with mudguards, a pannier rack and a kickstand as well as featuring front suspension to make riding over mixed terrains more comfortable.  7 speed Shimano gearing means you’ll have the perfect option for all inclines; plus, with electric assistance available at the touch of a button, you’re guaranteed to glide up hills with ease when you need the extra support.  Available in both a low step and crossbar frame type.

Battery

The Felix’s 300Wh battery capacity can provide a realistically achievable range of 60 miles on a single charge.  The battery is locked onto the bike using an individual key to protect it from theft, however it can be easily removed from the bike for simple indoor charging.

Note; The total travel distance will depend on the capacity of the battery, rider and luggage weight, power mode setting and riding style.

Motor

The Felix uses the Active Line Motor system from market leader Bosch and can provide up to a 240% power output in its top setting. The crank-driven, centre mounted motor provides the most natural feeling power delivery and is virtually noise and drag free, making riding a pleasure. 

Sensor

The crank based power control in the system is delivered courtesy of a premium Torque sensor, which sensitively eases the power in and out in response to your input, providing a natural ride feel

Head-Unit

The minimalist Bosch Purion on-board computer is fitted to the left hand side of the Felix’s handlebars, showing which of the four levels of assistance is selected as well as indicating the battery life remaining.  The controls are integrated with the display screen to keep handlebar fixtures compact; simply use the + and – buttons to switch between modes.
