  • Lightweight, polyethylene/nylon construction
  • Water resistant bag with roll-top closures keeps cargo dry
  • Waterproof inner bag is included to keep contents completely dry
  • Air release system ensure bag remains compact
  • Quick release tool free mounting system
  • Safety light clip
  • 6L capacity / 50x16x15cm / 335g

Excellent purchase for 3 day tour.
by Anonymous user on 07/07/2019

Used this as part of a 3 storage system for 3 day tour. Compression bag with valve was great. I also used another small dry bag for tools and still had some space for extra clothing if weather changed during day. No need to remove it from the bike just pull out inner bags at end of day. Very sturdy no movement on bumpy or streep descents. Used with a dry bag between handlebars strapped on and a small tool or food bag on top tube. Travel light is the key.

No complaints
by Anonymous user on 10/04/2019

I've had this bag for about 8 months now and have had no issues with it. The dry bag valve and dry bag style roll top of the outer bag are really handy. No issues of the bag sagging on to the tyre as stated in another review. As long as the air is compressed out the bag using the valve the inner will be rigid enough that there will be no sag. One thing that comes up in reviews is feeding the buckles under the saddle to fit the bag can be a pain, but I'm not sure why youd want to take the bag on and off too frequently as the inner dry bag is removable anyway. I just keep the outer part attached to the saddle and seat post. If you're looking for a mid range, not too expensive bag I'd definitely recommend this to anyone.

Poor design leads to contact with rear wheel
by Justin C on 17/09/2018

A strange design choice, being it only has a rigid base for a third of it's length, means the bag easily folds in half while riding. For me this led to the bag getting caught in the rear wheel and tearing, damaging the items inside. It was lucky the wheel didn't lock up.

Excellent, robust
by Ewan J on 26/05/2018

Excellent, robust, great build quality, Sturdy. Only downside was the cost. Bag does swing a bit like a pendulum but yet to find a carrier of this volume that doesn't

Saddle Bags Guide

What are saddle bags?

A small bag for your bike such as a seatpack or frame bag gives you the opportunity to transport useful tools, snacks and valuables to prevent them falling out of your pockets. They are attached using Velcro or clips so they can easily be removed and washed.

Who needs a saddle bag?

Smaller bags are ideal for shorter journeys when you only need the bare essentials. They are favoured by weight-conscious cyclists as you can fit in a surprising amount of stuff without affecting the aerodynamics of your bike.

What are the choices?

You can choose from seatpacks which fit snuggly under your saddle, frame bags which attach to your frame or bar bags which are often seen on triathlon bikes. Look for sturdy, durable, waterproof material and separate compartments for easier organisation.

What should I buy with them?

Why not kit your bag out with some cycling essentials? A hand pump and/or CO2 cannisters are an obvious choice, along with a small puncture repair kit, multitool, energy bar and a couple of quid for a snack, drink or emergency phonecall (that’s if you’re lucky enough to find a phonebox these days).

Anything else?

Just remember that small luggage bags can be easy to remove, so remember to take any valuables out if you’re leaving your bike unattended.

See our Bike luggage guide for more.
