The bike arrived very well packaged — I was shocked at how big the box was. The cardboard was so thick that even if it got bumped or hit during transport, the bike should remain undamaged. The only downside was that the derailleur was slightly misadjusted, and sometimes it doesn’t want to shift into first gear. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service, both the shipping and the bike itself. A nice touch was the included multitool and pedal wrench. As for the bike itself, for this price you get hydraulic brakes and a 1x9 drivetrain, which feels great after switching from a 2x8 setup — only the rear derailleur needs adjustment now. The bike is light, agile, and comfortable even with the original saddle. I’m very happy with the purchase and can recommend it to others.
