Product description

Proven year after year on the notorious roads of classic races like Paris Roubaix and the Tour of Flanders, Pave CG is likely the world's strongest racing tubular and this is the clincher version with hand-made "open tubular" construction.

Instantly recognizable by its traditional green tread, now better than ever with our unique 320 TPI casing, and still, naturally, handmade.

Rugged Cotton tyres hold your speed on the toughest parcours.

Grip that never lets go, even on greasy cobbles.

Preferred by most competitors in early-season pro races.

Great Tyre

I changed some cheap Kenda 23cc tyres for a pair of these on my fixie after getting a bad puncture from a chunk of glass. The difference already!! First ride out in them I went through some glass (not intentionally I may add, cycle path/foot bridge had a smashed bottle across it which turned out to be unavoidable) these tyres seemed to just brush the glass off. Incredible traction improvement and the green looks great! Its also worth noting that these were the first non beaded tyres I had changed and enjoy the fact they are easier to fit. I bought hoping for an all round tyre to deal with Scottish weather and wet Edinburgh cobblestones but didn't want to skimp on looks. These tyres are perfect and I find £35 to be good value for money for this quality.
