The VooDoo Braag 29" is built to make off-road riding fun, confidence-boosting and accessible, whether you’re discovering your local trails or developing your skills at a trail centre. The heart of the bike is a redesigned 6061 alloy frame, now featuring dropped chainstays and modern mountain bike geometry. This creates extra tyre clearance, improves stability on rough ground and gives the bike a reassuringly planted feel when riding steep or technical features.

Up front, the Suntour XCM32-NLO fork delivers 120mm of coil-sprung travel. It helps smooth out roots, rock gardens and potholes, while the lockout function lets you stiffen the fork for climbing or riding on smoother paths. Combined with the fast-rolling 29" wheels, the Braag covers distance easily and offers a stable, predictable ride on uneven terrain.

The MicroSHIFT Advent 1x9 drivetrain brings simplicity and reliability to your shifting. With a wide-range 11–46T cassette and a narrow-wide 32T chainring, the gearing is well suited to steep climbs and rolling woodland trails. Fewer moving parts mean less maintenance and a cleaner cockpit, ideal for riders focusing on building confidence off-road.

Clarks Clout hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm/160mm rotors give controlled, reliable stopping in all weather—exactly what you want on loose surfaces or twisty descents. Maxxis Ardent 2.25" tyres provide dependable grip thanks to their knobbly tread pattern, which balances stability on loose corners with reasonable rolling speed on firmer ground.

VooDoo have also built the Braag with progression in mind. The frame is dropper-post ready, giving riders the option to upgrade to one of the most confidence-boosting components in mountain biking. The 15mm thru-axle fork not only adds rigidity for precise steering but also opens the door to a wider range of fork and wheel upgrades in future. Tubeless-ready rims mean riders can convert to tubeless tyres with a simple kit, helping reduce punctures and improve grip.
