The VooDoo Braag is designed for riders who want a dependable hardtail that feels comfortable on everything from local woodland trails to trail centre rides. Modern geometry gives the bike a stable and confidence-inspiring feel, helping newer riders develop skills while still offering plenty of capability for more experienced trail riders.
The alloy hardtail frame keeps weight sensible while remaining durable enough for regular off-road use. Its trail-ready design is also built with progression in mind, including compatibility for a dropper post upgrade so riders can continue improving the bike as their riding develops.
Up front, the Suntour XCM32-NLO suspension fork delivers 120mm of travel to help smooth out roots, rocks and rough trail surfaces. The lockout function is useful for fireroad climbs and smoother sections where extra pedalling efficiency is welcome.
A Microshift Advent 1x9-speed drivetrain keeps shifting simple and dependable, while the wide-range 11-46T cassette gives plenty of gearing for steep climbs and technical terrain. Hydraulic disc brakes from Tektro provide controlled stopping power in wet and dry conditions, helping riders stay in control on descents and tighter trails.
The 29-inch wheel setup rolls efficiently over uneven ground and helps maintain momentum on rougher sections of trail. Maxxis Rekon tyres add dependable grip across mixed terrain while offering good rolling speed for longer rides.
Tubeless-ready rims also make future upgrades straightforward, allowing riders to run lower tyre pressures for increased comfort and grip while reducing the risk of punctures. Finishing kit includes wide riser bars for confident handling and a comfortably padded saddle suited to longer trail sessions.
