The Nano 40c is built for speed, and let’s just politely say it delivers. A 40mm, rounded profile and an elevated centerline give enough volume for lower tire pressures and a smoother ride while still reducing drag and rolling resistance. This makes for an all out gravel destroyer that can still appease those clamoring for a truly big cyclocross tire. Winner? We think so. So does superhuman, beyond endurance athlete, Jay Petervary.

    Exellent cross/gravel tyre

Bought a pair for winter rinding on my gravel bike as the Maxis Ramblers that came on it have been good fast rolling tyres in the summer fairly dry conditions but now its got wet, slippy & muddy became sketchy. Bougth these after reading good reviews and must say they are excellent. Not really much noticeably slower rolling but much more grip control and confidence on all sorts of surfaces and conditions. Just done the Lakeland Monster Miles adventure cross event on them which had all sorts of surfaces from wet and muddy tarmac to mud, wet grass, slimy wet rock and mixture of all together and they were outstanding. They seem to grip as much as my mountain bike tyres and almost lull you into a false sense of secuity with the grip encouraging you to go faster untill you hit a rut or rougth patch and remember your on the gravel bike and not my full suspension MTB. Highly Recommeded for mixed surface gravel/cross riding. Run them tubless, bit tight to get on the rim but once on gave no issues
