The SB160 29 C3 GX AXS Factory is Yeti’s take on a modern enduro race platform, built to feel stable and composed when speeds rise and terrain gets technical. The C Series carbon frame is engineered around the proven Switch Infinity suspension system, delivering efficient pedalling with controlled, predictable travel when the trail points down.
With 160mm of rear travel paired to a 170mm FOX Factory 38 fork featuring the GRIP X2 damper, the SB160 is designed for rough, steep tracks and repeated high-speed hits. The FOX Factory Float X2 rear shock complements the refined leverage curve, offering strong bottom-out support while maintaining a relatively linear progression. The result is consistent, predictable damping through the travel, helping you stay composed in race situations.
Geometry has been refined for greater balance at speed. Increased reach, carefully matched front and rear centres, and size-specific chainstay and seat tube angles position riders in a centred stance that promotes control and efficiency. Yeti’s carbon layup is tuned by frame size to maintain consistent stiffness and ride feel across the range.
SRAM GX Eagle AXS Transmission provides wireless 12-speed shifting with a wide 10–52T cassette, ensuring reliable gear changes under load on steep climbs or race stages. SRAM Maven Base hydraulic disc brakes offer powerful stopping performance to match the bike’s descending intent.
The SB160 rolls on 29in DT Swiss E1900 wheels, fitted with a Schwalbe Magic Mary Trail Pro 2.5 Ultra Soft front tyre and Schwalbe Albert Gravity Pro 2.5 Soft rear. This combination delivers confident grip and braking traction across loose, rocky and wet terrain.
A OneUp dropper post with size-specific travel ensures maximum saddle clearance for technical sections, while Burgtec cockpit components add durability and control.
For riders focused on enduro racing or tackling aggressive terrain at speed, the Yeti SB160 29 C3 GX AXS Factory delivers a refined balance of suspension performance, modern geometry and dependable components built for demanding trails.
