Frequently asked questions
All you need to know
If you are a club leader, simply click ‘join the club’ and show your interest via email. One of the Tredz team will then get in touch to set your club up on the program. You’ll receive your unique code shortly after which you can share with your members and start earning cashback right away!
Email bikeclub@tredz.co.uk and we’ll reply as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can call 01792 799508 to speak to someone in person.
After you have spoken to / been in email contact with Tredz to sign-up, we’ll email over your unique club code. Once you’ve received you code you can start earning cashback right away! Any amount earned will be donated as Tredz vouchers to spend on site. We’ll also keep you updated with a monthly statement via email.
Please email bikeclub@tredz.co.uk and our in-house design team will create social media images and posters to advertise the scheme to your club members if you require it.
Only club leaders can sign-up their club up to the Tredz Bike Club program. If you’d like us to get in touch with your club, please email their contact details to bikeclub@tredz.co.uk and we’d be happy to send over some information.
After the end of every month, we’ll send you a statement showing how much cashback your club has earned. At this point you can either choose to receive the money in Tredz gift vouchers or opt to let your club fund roll over to the following month as many times as you'd like.
