At Tredz, we like to deliver fast, high quality service, so we offer a range of different delivery options suited to your budget and lifestyle. Take a look at the options below to see which delivery method works best for you.
We're proud to announce our latest delivery partnership with the 24/7 InPost Locker | Shop & Collect service. This new option brings added convenience, flexibility and delivery quality to your Tredz experience.
Available on qualifying orders from 22nd October.

Standard Service
For our standard service, we dispatch goods with DHL on a 48 hour service. This is free for all orders over £30 and costs £2.95 for any orders under £30. If you have already placed an order with us, you can track your delivery below::
Exceptions:
Courier deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and the Scottish Highlands/Islands will incur a £20 charge for larger items such as bikes and tag-a-longs.
Next day delivery
Order by 3pm and we’ll ship your items the same day for a delivery charge of £5, so they’re with you on the next working day.
DHL offer a 2 hour delivery time slot from Monday to Friday on all next day deliveries.
Please note: Next day delivery takes place on the next working day. Weekends and Bank Holidays are not counted as working days. This means that orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday, or Tuesday if the weekend includes a Bank Holiday.
Exceptions
Bikes are excluded from next day delivery to allow for assembly and quality checking by our team of professional bike builders.

24/7 InPost Locker | Shop Collect Service
InPost offers a convenient, contact-free way to get your order — delivered to a secure locker near you. With thousands of 24/7 InPost Lockers | Shop Collection points across the UK, many available 24/7, it’s a flexible option that fits around your schedule.
At checkout, simply enter your location under the collection option and pick the 24/7 InPost Locker | Shop that suits you. When your order’s ready, you’ll receive a collection code by email or SMS. Head to your chosen 24/7 InPost Locker | Shop Collection point, enter your code, and collect your parcel — no queues, no waiting, no fuss.
Locker delivery is ideal if you're not home during the day or want to avoid missed deliveries.

Click & Collect
Buy online, pick up in store
When you buy online with Tredz you can choose to collect your items from one of our retail stores at a time that suits you.
We’ll send you a confirmation email and will contact you when your order is ready to be collected from your chosen Tredz store. You can then pick your items up at any time during opening hours.
