Standard delivery
We dispatch orders with DHL on a 48-hour service. Delivery is free for orders over £50, or £2.95 for orders under £50.
Non-UK Mainland & Scottish Highlands
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, and Scottish Highlands and Islands are sent on a 72-hour service. £20 delivery charge applies to these locations and to larger items, including bikes and tag-a-longs.
Tracking your DHL delivery
Once your order dispatched, we'll send you a Dispatch Email with your DHL tracking number. Tracking will be active by the next working day, so you can follow your package from our door to yours or choose a different delivery date up to 3 working days ahead.
PIN-Protected Delivery
For added security, all bike deliveries are sent via DHL's PIN-Protected Delivery service. DHL will send you a 4-digit PIN before delivery, which you'll need to provide to the driver.
Priority Shipping
Pay for your order before 3pm Monday to Friday for next working day delivery. Priority Shipping costs £6.99.
DHL will give you a 2‑hour delivery time slot on all priority shipping orders.
Exceptions
Bikes don’t qualify for priority shipping as we need time to build and fully quality check before we hand‑pack and dispatch to you.
The following regions are excluded from priority shipping.

At checkout, simply enter your location under the collection option and pick the 24/7 InPost Locker | Shop that suits you. When your order’s ready, you’ll receive a collection code by email or SMS. Head to your chosen 24/7 InPost Locker | Shop Collection point, enter your code, and collect your parcel — no queues, no waiting, no fuss.
Locker delivery is ideal if you're not home during the day or want to avoid missed deliveries.

Collection Point at Halfords
Buy online with Tredz, and choose to have your order sent to our Collection Point at Halfords instead of home delivery. Right now, this service is available at six initial locations only. Orders can be collected from:

Buy online, pick up in store
When you buy online with Tredz you can choose to collect your items from one of our retail stores at a time that suits you.
We’ll send you a confirmation email and will contact you when your order is ready to be collected from your chosen Tredz store. You can then pick your items up at any time during opening hours.

Tracking your order
Use Tredz order tracking to follow your order from confirmation through to picking, hand-packing and dispatch from our warehouse. You'll also see estimated arrival dates for pre-order items and products due from our suppliers. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a Dispatch Email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery from our door to yours.
