Regardless of if it's dark, cold, winter mornings or hot, sweaty turbo sessions… these are my cycling essentials. Whether it's for comfort, performance or recovery these all form part of my cycling journey. Some of these may be seen as desirables but once they become part of your arsenal you won't want to ride without them.

“Oakley have been a market leader for years which Is why I first went to them. I have used POC and 100% but Oakley are the ones for me. If you forget you have glasses on, that’s job done right? Comfort is everything. Being a triathlete, these simply come off to take my helmet off then straight back on for the run, they don’t move a bit while running. I also wear the Sutro’s everyday as they are a cool and timeless design. ”

Being a keen Triathlete and self-acclaimed data geek, I love how my Forerunner 945 links and doubles up with the computer giving me all the data fields I could possibly get my eyes to. Also, this doesn’t affect my splits or transitions from bike to run when racing as it records or computer metrics to my watch when I finish and upload.”
