How do I get a cycle to work bike?
Contact Your HR Department
It is important to check with your employer or HR department to see if such a scheme is available and to understand the specific terms and conditions of the scheme. Here you can find your Employers scheme.
Your employer code is a specific number or alphanumeric code that allows you to log into your employers chosen scheme.
Your employer will set your spend limit for your personal cycle to work voucher, we would recommend checking this before looking at equipment.
Choose Your Equipment
Your cycle to work order can include both a bike and accessories, providing they are on or within your voucher amount.
There are certain items such as gps computers, turbo trainers and kids bikes that are not eligible with cycle to work. Here is a list of all the eligible and noneligible items with cycle to work.
We all love to browse for our favourite items, however we would recommend to ensure your items in your basket is within your voucher amount.

End of the Hire Agreement Options
This enables you to choose an extended rental agreement without any additional charges. Your rental agreement continues without any extra payments. Upon completion of the extended term, typically lasting 4-5 years, ownership will be automatically transferred to you.
HMRC fair market values state that employers are required to pay to retain the bike. You might need to cover up to 25% of the bike's value if it exceeds £500 after 12 months.
This option allows employees to decide the fate of the bike at the end of the salary sacrifice period. This option typically provides flexibility for the employee to choose whether to keep the bike or return it to their employer. If the employee decides to return the bike, they may have the option to purchase it at a nominal fee, or the employer may retain ownership of the bike.
