T700 Carbon Fibre Frame
The Scalare like other models from Tifosi, is designed and assembled here in the UK. The frame is built up from two different grades of Carbon in specific areas Toray T500 and T700. This makes for a perfect balance between strength, stiffness, weight, and responsiveness. This model is now also fully compatible with both mechanical and electronic groupsets.

Complaint Tubing Design
Tifosi's R&D department has also focused on improving ride comfort with their complaint tubing design. Updated rear stays dampen shock and road buzz, without compromising its excellent road feel. Integrated cable routing offers clean smooth lines, which benefit the aerodynamics of the bike.

Lighter Than Ever
This new model is 200grams lighter than the previous Scalare model. Although lighter, this model still keeps the strength and comfort capabilities. We tested a size Medium, which weighed in at just under 9.5kg (with pedals).
Mudguard Compatible
Mudguards can be mounted using the hidden eyelets on the frame and fork, which will help your battle against the UK weather conditions. Having hidden eyelets on the inside of the frame, ensures the clean lines of the frame are not spoilt.

Additional Tyre Clearance
The frame and fork are designed with clearance for up to 28mm tyres, providing more comfort on longer rides.
This model roles on the Vision Team 30 wheelset, which are Tubeless ready giving the option to set up Tubeless. Tubeless tyres will mean you can run your tyre pressure a lot lower to increase comfort, and to help avoid those unwanted punctures.

Shimano 105 Groupset
This model is equipped with Shimano's 105 Hydraulic disc brakes and drivetrain. Slick shifting and powerful stopping power, assist you getting through those endurance rides comfortably. This 105 11 speed groupset also offers a wide range of gearing to cope with all types of terrain.
