Available in double-wall alloy 26” rims this year Specialized have dropped the 29er options from the range. The Hardrock offers a blend of value and versatility that only a world-leading brand like Specialized can provide.

Features

Trail ready MTB

The Specialized Hardrock mountain bike is built from A1 Premium aluminium, which guarantees a lightweight bike with the strength and durability needed for the punishment of trails, fire roads and singletrack. The 26” wheels allow for snappy handling characteristics.

The Hardrock range is finished with a tuneable front suspension fork with 80mm of travel for comfort and control. Gearing comes courtesy of Shimano to ensure reliability and great performance.

The Swiss Army knife

The Specialized Hardrock can pretty much do anything you want. It’s the all-round performer of MTB’s. Whether you’re at a trail centre ride, the moors or forest, the Hardrock was built for it. However, you can also use the Hardrock for commuting and recreation.

Why? Aluminium is a great material for MTB’s because of its lightweight, tough properties that can withstand the abuse of trail riding. The Hardrock frame is versatile, ideal for beginners.

What? 80mm travel front suspension alloy fork

Why? The front suspension will help cushion the blow of any impact or road surface.  This makes the Hardrock a comfortable and controlled ride, whether your off-road or on.

Reliable tyres

What? Fast Trak Sport

Why? When you’re on the trails you need plenty of grip, and that’s exactly what the Fast Trak tyres offer. These tyres lower rolling resistance, which reduces friction meaning you can storm down trails, or power through the traffic on your commute.
