Orders that could be fulfilled were on time.. orders that couldn’t be fulfilled were clearly communicated and support offered to resolve difficulties and replacement items and reimbursement of delivery costs were very forthcoming so can’t fault Tredz at all.. would use again

Can't fault them this time, although some of my order was delayed I am happy with the over all order, they gave me great advice on exchanging a rear wheel for onr that we needed so the cassette we bought would fit, the Marin MTB is fantastic and all the accessories are top notch
