BMX Grips

BMX grips are what you need to have a secure grip on your handlebars when racing or tearing up the skatepark. BMX grips are similar to MTB grips but have a flanged collar, which helps you place your hands on the bars when doing tricks. Many mountain bike dirt jumpers prefer BMX grips for this reason.

BMX grips are available in two basic types. Conventional BMX grips slide onto the handlebars and use the innate stickiness of the rubber to hold them in place. Lock-on grips feature a locking band that tightens to the bars to hold them in place. Lock-on BMX grips are easier to fit and replace and don’t suffer from the slip you sometimes get with traditional BMX grips. BMX handlebar grips are available in a wide range of colours, so you can easily match them to your custom components.
