What's not included?
All manufacturers offer slightly different warranty periods on bikes, clothing, accessories and components, these can vary from brand to brand on what is covered, below outlines scenarios that are not typically covered under manufacture warranties.
- Stripped pedal threads. When you receive your new bike you will need to fit the pedals. Follow our step-by-step guide to fitting your pedals.
- Damage from causes other than defects in material. For instance, if damage is caused by crashing your bike, it won't be covered under warranty.
- Normal wear and tear. Components may show signs of wear and tear in less than two years depending on amount of use, type of use and other conditions. Some components can be expected to reach the end of their normal lifespan within this time.
- Damage to products improperly installed or repaired.
- Products that have been modified, neglected or poorly maintained.
- Electric bikes that have been derestricted.

- A picture of the frame number
- Picture of the complete bike side
- A picture of the fault if visible
- Date of purchase
- A detailed description of what the fault is
Without this information your warranty claim maybe delayed or rejected.
