Preferably I like to have my race bike set up so that it is quite firm and stiff... this enables the bike not to dive into little holes where you can loose a lot of time.

About Lewis

Mountain biking started for me back in 2009 as a juvenile. My first ever race in 09 was on one of the hardest tracks in the UK, Fort William BDS !. I grew up racing and riding motocross from a young age and ended up making the move to downhill mountain biking where I have made it into the elite category !.
