Merida One-Twenty Range

Frame
The One-Twenty uses an aluminium frame that is lightweight and stiff with some innovative features such as the ACROS headset system, designed to seamlessly channel all control cables through the headset. This solution maintains a clean and clutter-free appearance without altering the frame's structural integrity and minimizes cable noise and the risk of frame rub.
The pivot bolts have been designed so they can be tightened or loosened from a single side, meaning you don’t need to hold the opposite side of the bolt to tighten it.
Suspension
The One-Twenty features 130mm of font and rear travel and uses Merida’s flexstay design, which removes the bearings from the rear of the bike, enhancing both stiffness and reliability while reducing maintenance demand. The resulting change has created an active and ‘poppy’ bike that encourages you to take off on the smallest edges and lips out on the trail.
The shock position has also changed, this has simplified the bike by reducing the number of bearings in the frame. But more importantly you can now fit two water bottles on the bike.
Wheels
The One-Twenty is designed from the ground up to fit 29” wheels, so all sizes come set up with 29” wheels front and rear which gives it better rollover than smaller wheel sizes. The bike also has clearance for up to a 2.5” wide rear tyre.
Components
The bike comes with a strap, allowing you to easily carry a spare inner tube and any other tools you might need for trail-side repairs.
For easier trail-side maintenance, the One-Twenty comes with a saddle-mounted multi-tool and a 4/6mm Allen key lever in the rear wheel axle. The One-Twenty features Merida’s Team TR handlebar at a width of 780mm, giving you control on the descents, but still comfortable enough for tight switchbacks.
Sizing
The One-Twenty incorporates Merida’s AGILOMETER sizing system. Here, riders choose their size independently of seat tube length or rider height. Instead, sizing is based on your preferred handling and reach preferences. Opt for a longer reach or a larger size if stability is your priority, while those seeking agility can select a shorter reach or a smaller size. It's about tailoring your ride experience to suit your preferences and riding style.
