The Dream Delivered
Built around the universal constant of the wheel axle itself, Eagle Transmission is a radically robust, fully integrated, and interdependent wireless transmission. It simplifies, strengthens, and extends drivetrain lifespan to new limits. It uses no derailleur hanger or adjustment screws and lets you shift flawlessly under maximum power. Eagle Transmission drops a seismic shift on what it means to shift gear on a mountain bike.
Hangerless Interface
Directly mounted the Eagle Transmission Derailleur fundamentally changes the relationship between cassette and derailleur. The T-Type derailleur mounts around the wheel axle itself, contacting the cassette directly with a first-of-its-kind hangerless Interface. This full mount attachment method creates a far stronger connection and grips both sides of the frame.
Perfectly Aligned
The Inline Cage is oriented to keep the top pulley in perfect alignment with the cassette throughout the entire cog range. It also keeps the bottom pulley optimally aligned with the front chainring. It does this by using a yaw angle that favours both the 10-tooth and the 52-tooth cog as it moves across the span. Which is why, at first glance, the Inline Cage appears to be bent, relative to a traditional drivetrain derailleur.
No Adjustment Screws Needed
The direct mount system offers a consistent connection between derailleur and cassette, so that the system is perfectly aligned as soon as it’s fitted. It’s very easy to fit Eagle Transmission to any UDH compatible bike and setting up takes just a few minutes.
Cassette Mapping
A marriage of firmware and hardware, cassette mapping makes it possible to shift perfectly under load. When the shift button is pressed the derailleur initiates a uniquely timed shift sequence to align with the releasing or receiving cogs. This engages the chain rollers on the desired cassette teeth for a flawless shift no matter how much power you’re putting through the pedals.
AXS Pod Controllers
The AXS Pod Controller offers better ergonomics, with a vastly superior range of adjustability compared to other shifters. It also offers a more discreet and refined cockpit look. Plus, it allows you to personalize the button assignments through the SRAM AXS App.
Eagle Cranksets
Designed to offer the very best performance The SRAM XX and XO cranksets are available in different guises to suit your needs. Conventionally advanced carbon fibre or aluminium cranks have been race tested at the very highest level. This includes the dedicated e-bike cranks. There are also various power meter crank options to help you take you riding to the next level.
Replaceable & Rebuildable
The mounting bolt, lower and upper links, pully wheels and inline cage of the T-Type derailleur can all be swapped out. The T-Type derailleur also features replaceable skid plates that are strategically located and designed to protect the performance and look of your bike.
